How To Control Your Anger | Caring Your Mental Health

Dear readers, today I am going to share you guys one very important issue about our mental hygiene. We often take care of our physical health. When we become sick, we usually go to a nearby hospital and get ourselves treated well. However, it's so rare to find the people talking about our mental health. I feel that taking care of our mental health is as equally important as we take care of our physical health. We become mentally sick, when we cannot control our emotions like anger, hatred, lust, addiction, arrogance, depression, anxiety, etc. These negative emotions must be actually dominated or replaced by your positive emotions. If you keep on practicing positive thinking, you can gradually take control of your negative emotions. Once you really understand the truth about negative emotions, you will improve your inner peace/feelings.

If you have a wrong way of thinking, you'll often mess up with your mental well beings. Sometimes, your negative emotions/feelings can even lead to your physical injury.  In this post, I will briefly describe about the wrath/anger. Anger is also a part of your emotions. Anger may not always appear on everyone's mind. It really depends on your attitudes or situations. When somebody hurts you, you become so selfish and then suddenly outburst your wrath! You will not even notice that you had become selfish. In other words, anger can be also described as the outcome of your selfishness or your inner hatred. For instance, your boss hurt you by saying some abusive words but you stayed patient with a fear of losing your job. In the same way, you must be feared of deteriorating your mental health and many other disadvantages.

You must always try to solve the problems, rather than becoming angry as a result of the bad outcomes. Never hurt others. Stay patience and if you can, give them your helping hands without expecting anything from them. The key is to practice patience and stay yourself motivated. It is also believed that if you can stay patience and be kind to others, you will be reborn as a very good-looking person in your next life.

There is no evil like hatred, and no fortitude like patience.-Shantideva

Even if you have accumulated good merits for eons and eons of your lives, an anger can make them go in vain, all at once.-Shantideva
